The one thing every hospital asks for

Reports find their own patient.

The software takes the report out of the lab machine or the partner lab's system by itself, links it to the right patient's history directly, and keeps the record there from then on. Nobody types a result twice. Nothing waits in a folder. When a match is doubtful, the report waits in a short queue with its likely patients ranked, and one click links it.
